BastiQ Celebrated a Historic 400 Episodes of Energy of Trance!

The 21-Year-Old Dutch Talent Achieved a Milestone That Inspires the Global Scene

To begin with, Saturday, May 9th, was no ordinary day for us as a major moment unfolded for our broadcasting community. We officially raised a glass and turned the volume all the way up to honor our incredible resident DJ and producer. On that day, we celebrated the milestone broadcast of BastiQ Energy of Trance episode #400, a great achievement for this young DJ.

Achieving this milestone carried staggering weight. Hailing from Utrecht, the Netherlands, BastiQ launched his very first episode on September 19th, 2018, at just 13 years of age. At that exact moment, he was a young teenager driven by a deep passion for electronic sounds. Furthermore, episode #400 represented over 7.5 years of non-stop weekly selections and 400 hours of high-velocity mainstage, progressive trance, and psy trance music. At Illogic Radio, we know that reaching 400 episodes required an immense level of creative discipline that most artists do not achieve until much later in their professional careers.

From Early Musical Roots to Global Big Stages

BastiQ built his strong musical foundation by spinning from a very early age. To refine his talents, he later graduated from the world-famous Herman Brood Academie in Utrecht. In addition to his academic success, he had already composed official world championship themes and graced international stages including Ahoy Rotterdam, the Olympic Stadium Amsterdam, and top club venues across Spain.

The unmatched chemistry between BastiQ and his brilliant co-host Max helped build a global community from the ground up. As a result, his weekly show successfully connected his studio production to thousands of active listeners worldwide via Illogic Radio’s digital streaming, airing every Saturday from 23:00 to 00:00 CET (UTC+1).
